Our clients range from families purchasing their first homes, to homeowners who are observing potential issues, to owners listing their home for sale. Our niche expertise in the foundation & drainage field has allowed us to truly focus on giving our clients expert, independent & objective guidance that ensures we have their best interest as our top priority.

Expansion of BEAR

We are currently in the early to mid stages of developing and actively testing a remote consultation service (via video chat, email, text & phone calls) for clients needing quicker answers but at a more affordable price-point. This early testing process is also helping us develop a software platform where the vision is to be a convenient go-to for homeowners to guide them through the entire home lifecycle.  In short, the company is both an onsite physical inspection business with a proven 10 year track record of excellence combined with a promising scalable technology component.

BEAR is committed to hiring and developing top talent and each individual is expected to perform at the highest levels.  We are not a traditional engineering company; we strive for innovation and evolving to deliver the best customer service to our clients. In this early stage role, you will have an opportunity to significantly help BEAR’s core on-site inspection business as well as help build a technology company that will become a household name in the future. We look forward to hearing from you!
