Making the largest purchase decision of your life based on simply the home inspection report that the seller has paid for can seem a bit 'less than ideal' to say the least so we created this service to help buyers make more informed and therefore better offer decisions based on a review of our proprietary data & our 15 years of experience in this industry.

The review our proprietary data on foundation & drainage conditions in the Bay Area
Review the Natural Hazard Disclosure (NHD) seismic risks & explain what it all means
