What do you enjoy most about the inspections?
Each foundation inspection feels like a puzzle, and I like being the one to figure out how all of the pieces fit together.

What attracted you to BEAR and this role?
I value BEAR’s commitment to educating homeowners, and I enjoy getting to use my engineering knowledge in a practical, direct way that genuinely helps people.

What are some of your hobbies / interests outside of work?
I’m usually making things (woodworking and 3D printing are my favorites at the moment) but I also love golfing, hiking, and photography.

Is there anything unique from your past that helped prepare you for this?
My mix of engineering work and years spent running makerspaces have given me a lot of hands-on problem-solving experience that really carries over into this job.
